โข Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, and strategic alliances
โข Lead and manage independent sales reps and internal sales channels
โข Serve as the primary contact for new business leads from reps and house accounts
โข Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
โข Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
โข Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content (print and digital)
โข Develop and present proposals, reports, and forecasts to executive leadership
โข Define and track KPIs to measure business development success and adjust strategies accordingly

โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

โข Strong knowledge of the manufacturing landscape, including trends and competition
โข Proven track record of crafting and executing successful growth strategies
โข Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
โข Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
โข Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
โข Willingness to travel up to 50%
